I'm doing statement rendering on nautilus 11.  windows 2008 r2 64 bit.  Nautilus is running with -ps -nobroker switch.  this never happened when we had 6.4 on windows 2003 32bit.

The client is crashing but i am unable to pin point as to why.  It seems random.  Here's the details on the error..

Hi CH,

Image Statements does support rendering statements under those conditions.

I recommend contacting your first line of support to assist in troubleshooting this issue, since there are many factors to consider.  This will be the most effective way to resolve this issue.

If you wanted to further investigate this on your own, you could enable the 'Use separate jobs for printing and archiving' Statement Type setting and run two different clients, one running the -POS switch and the other running the -PAS switch (instead of the -PS switch).  Render the statements as before and observe which Client exhibits the issue.  This will help you pinpoint whether the issue is occurring on the printing side of things or the archiving side.

Noticed this was still open and decided to post. We are having the same issue. We have always run the "-POS" / "-PAS" option on separate servers. We have contacted our first line of support, but the issue remains. The print queue with the "-PAS" switch is the one that closes. It does not seem to matter which version of OS or SQL driver is installed. Just as the original post suggests, it is completely random and is not generalized to a single print queue, server, or client version. Sometimes it closes out while the print queue is idle. A ".rpt" file entry is generated each time, and has the same error each time.... "Exception code: C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION". We are running v13.... Any help would be greatly appreciated.
