Hi - we have several batches in the Incomplete Process DIP Queue as far back as 2009. What is the best way to clear this out without them running through workflow? The MRG suggests a purge, but will that delete the legitimate documents we have stored?

According to that blog post, Incomplete process items can be committed. If your DIP format is configured to add doc to WF On Commit, you'd have to disable that option in the DIP format's settings, commit your docs, then re-enable the 'Add On Commit' option to resume normal operations.
