Hello there.
Our bank has the Hyland Office 2019. One thing that we noticed is that it prompts us, "The Office Business Application for Microsoft Word is not installed. Please contact your system administrator" when we try to open a stored Word document. BUT we are able to open a Word document in the Unity client just fine. Does this mean we have to also buy an OBA license as well when trying to open a Word document stored in OnBase through the Outlook integration? We asked for the Word Add-In to also be installed when we installed this to a machine - but that prompt still persists.
Also, we asked for the WorkView Integration for Outlook to also be installed during the Hyland Office 2019 install but when in Outlook and clicking on the WorkView button, it says that we need a license for WorkView Integration for Microsoft Outlook. So is that another license as well?
Thank you,
Drew

Hi Drew,
Base on what you've described you would need the following products licensed:
hopefully that helps
