Office 365 and Hyland Office 2019 Integration in the Cloud

Office integrations to function in a Microsoft Office 365 environment, the Office 365 subscription must include a desktop-based version of Microsoft Office that is also supported by OnBase

We have Microsoft® Word for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2210 Build 16.0.15726.20188) 64-bit install but the Onbase tabs do not show up when Hyland Office 2019 Integration x64 is installed. Word documents load outside of Onbase and cannot be saved.  This is a cloud system.

Is that version not supported ? Am I missing something?

Just to clarify... Are you using the desktop installed version of Word or cloud-based?  You need to use the desktop install of O365.  The cloud-based apps are controlled by Microsoft so the installer can't add the Hyland plug-in.
