Scanners User Group are setup with permissions to the Scan Queue and Document Types. The User Group Privileges: re-index and modify is checked.
However, the scanner cannot select the Document Type when re-indexing. What other permissions should I check?

Hi K. Can you provide more information about where and how the user is attempting to re-index? What steps are they performing, and what is their result?

User is in OnBase Thick Client, Processing, Scan Queue, Awaiting Commit
Document is opened and user right clicks to select re-index
Re-Index Document window pops-up and user selects Document Type drop-down box.
There should be a list of Document Types to select, but only the current Document Type is available.

I think they may need "Create" rights to the document type they are re-indexing to. Not 100% sure though.

I agree. This function is outside of Scan Queue functionality, even though the document is accessed from the scanned batch. Right-click features on open documents are related to user Document Type rights and privileges.
