Does anyone know what does this error mean?
This happens on Unity and Client when I tried to scan (even through Citrix or local). I've tried a few things
- uninstalled the scanner software (Ambir)
- delete old scan format
- created new scan format
when creating new scan format, it allowed me to select the scanner device...but I can't click on Scanner Setup option, when i do that, nothing popup
- tried scanning from different environment (POC/TST)
what else is there missing? It was working few weeks ago and today when I trying to do scanning, received that error.

This error can occur for various reasons. Most commonly you may see this message if the scanner has lost power, lost USB connection, is not unresponding, or there is an issue locating drivers.
