Index Batch Documents processed with Kofax Scan from Disk

Hello 

Recently some users are experience conflict when they try to index document that already has been process using scan from disk (Kofax). When they try to index the batch an error comes that say Image library -36 (the error is attached). The thing is that the person who processed the batch can access and index the documents but the other users can’t index the batch. I verify the drivers and the other users have the Kofax VRS and permissions. Another note is that those users were able to index this batch but now they have new computers. There are some drives left or some configuration left?

The most likely cause is that the new computers haven't been granted access to the uncommitted diskgroup location for these scanned batches...check the diskgroup configuration for the scan queue(s) and make sure that all of the scanning/indexing users have the appropriate UNC access to these disk locations so they can properly scan images into the diskgroup, and then retrieve them for indexing purposes.
