This error could be occurring for a number of reasons. It could be an issue with the documents being brought in (perhaps the scan queue is configured to only sweep images, but there are non-image files in the sweep directory), or some setting in the scan queue configuration.
To try and get more details on what is causing the error, you could try grabbing a verbose log when you perform the sweep. For details on how to gather a verbose log, you can refer to the following section of the Database Reference
