Commit in scan queue

I can't confirm the batchs of scan queue, I have reviewed the diskgroup and is ok, the configuration of the scan queue and is ok , the diskgroups of the queue is different to the diskgroups of the documents, but is not enabled for migrating filesThe copy 2 is backup, and verbose says nothing, all image of the documents of the batch  can be viewed.

I need any other idea to check .

Make sure no one has the document locked.  You can check in Admin>Utilities > Document Lock ( Process Lock or Batch Lock).
