Batches Stuck in Import Status Queue

We have upgraded to 18.01.49 and periodically having issue with batches getting stuck in Import status queue.  We figured out that we can click Skip Processing to move them to Awaiting Index.  But does anyone know what's causing this behavior?  When we view the images, they are all there and correct.  Thanks

This is usually tricky to troubleshoot over forums like this since there are a few reasons this could be happening. Typically it might be there was a network hiccup or something where OnBase wasn't sure if it captured everything correctly. I recommend reaching out to your first line of support to see if they can help track down what's causing this.
