I'm looking at two batches that were scanned on 2/28 and are in the File Cabinet but still appear in Batch Processing with status of 'Status not found'. I may open a case but am curious if the community has seen this and knows why this can occur. I have had a few other batches with the same issue. The problem is that I have also seen where the batch appears to be fully committed to the repository and so an outstanding "duplicate" batch is deleted and it turns out that was the batch seen in the File Cabinet. We are new to OnBase, is there a lesson to be learned here?
