Hello Community!
I am currently seeing a fair amount of these Zoning Subsystem failures that are referencing Paprika, during the Advance Capture Process, most of these documents *should* be captured and Auto Indexed. (Screenshot below)
Right now anything that appears with this error gets "stuck" and has to manually "Skip Advance Capture Process" in order to proceed to the indexing step
I am unable to find anything relating to this issue within the communities or MRG's (unless I am blind lol)
Are there any potential solutions or causes of this issue I could find somewhere or would someone know why this is occurring?
Any help or guidance would be wonderful 🙂
