Set specific printer within Print Workflow Action

I'm setting up a Workflow ad hoc task, which will print all documents related to the WorkView object via Portfolio Relation. I can get it to work if I show the printer dialog; but I would prefer not to have that dialog for my customers. I'd rather it automatically goes to the default printer for the workstation. I've tried with printer queues and print formats, but am not able to have it print to a specific printer without the dialog showing.

I wonder if you can setup a Unity Script to run at the client level instead of the server level to pull the default and somehow hand them off to be printed. Not sure of all of the logic or code required to do so, but just a thought.
