PDF417 Barcode format Placeholder appears as QR Code Barcode on Document

I am trying to add a PDF417 Barcode to a Doc Comp (v16) template.

I select the PDF417 format but,  when the document is composed, the QR Barcode appears on the Document rather than the PDF417.
