Looking for a way to add a reviewer's signature into a document package after the package is generated and reviewed

We included a blank signature page (Unity form) in a document package and after the package is generated, it did not seem to be possible to sign the unity form and save the package again (with the signed unity form).  Any suggestion?

Hi Jocelyn,

When a Unity Form is included in a Document Package it is converted to PDF and the signature page will not function the same as it would in the original Unity Form.
