We have a Document Composition process run from a Workflow ad hoc task that uses values from a Unity Form. When the Doc Comp window opens, there does not seem to be any way to go back and look at the Unity Form while the Doc Comp window is open. We tried using the Unity Form User Options to enable multiple Workflow windows but despite that none of the Unity Client icons nor any of the items in the Workflow are clickable. Is this by design or is there some way to configure the system so that the Unity Form can be referenced while Document Composition is in progress? We are using OnBase version 16.
