We have one user that switched from a laptop to a Surface tablet. When reinstalling OnBase Unity and everything else they need, we get this error on the installation of Hyland Office 2016 x64.
There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.
Any ideas?
