A user is creating templates for use in our WorkView solution. When she has Word open in OnBase Unity in the Template Builder, she sees the ruler under the ribbon but can't manage the margins or anything else that requires the ruler. This is not an issue when she uses Word outside of OnBase.
Any suggestions and what could be the issue? She doesn't think it ever worked.
