XPS and PDF documents created without the correct font

Hi,
We have encountered a font problem, we are using an installed font, not a system font and it has been working as it should for a long time.
But now the XPS/PDF files are not created with that font, the Word file looks right with the right font, etc.
This now happens on new documents and old ones that we change. We have old documents that still work properly.

New document: XSP with wrong font, Word with correct font

Old document: XSP and Word with correct font

I have restarted all services, restarted the server, reinstalled the fonts, but still the same behavior.
Don't se any error messages anywhere.

What can be wrong here?
This is in our test env. haven't seen this behavior (yet) in production.

Found the error!

The user that was running the Service that create all OnBase file (XPS, PDF etc.) didn't' have (didn't see) the installed fonts. We logged in as that user an reinstalled the fonts, restarting all services and now it's working again.
