Use Case: Currently we are using the integration between SAP and the Unity client for use with SAP to scan documents from a t-code in SAP inside of OnBase. The result is a link is left in the attachment list.
Question 1: Is it possible default to a specific driver? When users click aquire they are given 2 options. WIA driver(causes issues) and the proper paperstream scanner driver(correct). I am trying to eliminate user error by defaulting to a scanner.
Question 2: I have 1 user that when they select the repository that calls Onbase unity client they get an error that states "error when calling the ole application". I don't see any event viewer logs or OnBase logs in the app server. Has anyone had this issue? this issue is intermittent. Going back in resolves this issue but its annoying.
