Color of Documents Added to Map

Is the functionality to update the color of documents added to the map based on a keyword value available? For example, documents with a status of complete are green dots, status of in progress are yellow dots and status of unassigned are red dots?

Thank you for reaching out on Community! This is a great question and use case.

This functionality is available if you publish your Geolocation enabled document types as OnBase Feature Layers and use AGOL or Portal for ArcGIS symbology functionality to map symbology to OnBase keyword values. This can also be done via custom manipulation of the OnBase Feature Layer, but using AGOL or Portal's symbology options is recommended.

This functionality is not currently available inside of the OnBase clients.
