Spicer Viewer Supported in Unity

Not applicable

Hi All,

Is the spicer viewer supported in the Unity Client? If not, is this on the development roadmap for a future release of OnBase?

Many thanks

John

Hi John-

The Spicer CAD Viewer is not currently supported in the Unity Client (11.0). We plan to add support for view and markup of compound CAD files (both 2D and 3D) in the Unity Client in a build post the release of OnBase 12.

Hi John and all-

Just an update...

The Unity Client supports view and markup of compound CAD files (both 2D and 3D) in a post release build of OnBase 12.  As of October 17, 2012, an AutoVue Named Client License (for both view and markup) now appears on the OnBase License & Services Fee Schedule.

We do not plan to add Spicer support to the Unity Client, but do plan to add AutoVue support to the OnBase Client and Web Client in the future.

Hi Colleen!

Thanks for the update, could you please confirm that the list of Autovue supported file formats can be downloaded on the following URL :

http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/apps-tech/index-095827.html

Thank you!

Hi PF-

Yes, that is the correct list of supported list formats (list to download), as we provide Oracle AutoVue 20.2 with the Unity Client in 12.

Thanks for posting!
