In the click through demo of the Salesforce Integration you can archive documents directly into OnBase. It maps keywords from Salesforce fields and appears to allow you to browse out to the desktop to import documents into OnBase. What if the documents (images, PDF's, etc...) are stored as objects in Salesforce? Does the integration allow for those items to be imported directly from Salesforce to OnBase? In the Installation/Admin/User guide it appears to only talk about objects as they relate to keyword fields, I didn't see anything about objects being documents and working with these.
A specific example is with Customer 360 there is a text upload option for customers to send a image of a document to Salesforce, the image is stored directly in Salesforce as an object. How would could this example be archived into OnBase?
Thanks
Doug

Hi Doug,
Thanks for reaching out.
The migration of documents from Salesforce to OnBase is currently not supported by the Integration. However it is one of the top items in our backlog, and will be included in our future releases, hopefully next year.

Sagnik.

Hi Danielle!
The priority of our upcoming EP5 release is security, Workflow integration, and Mobile availability from the Salesforce app so Attachment Migration was moved to be included in our EP6 release which is currently slated for 2022.
Thanks!
