Does the GIS Mobile Sample Application for OnBase 14 Build 534 require an OnBase Mobile for iPad, iPhone or Android mobile broker license?

As the GIS Mobile Sample Application is a web based application, it should not require an Onbase Mobile for iPad, iPhone or Android mobile broker license.
