This seven minute video walks through how to configure the OnBase Widget for use with Esri's Web AppBuilder. The table of contents is below. Please note that steps one through five are covered in a separate video. Detailed information below.

 

Required steps assuming an Application Server and Web Server (when appropriate) have been installed:

1.Install the Integration for Esri Server*^

2. Install the Integration for Esri Configuration Tool*

3. Edit the GIS Web API web.config file*

4. Edit the pooled user account (optional)*

5. Edit Diagnostics settings (optional)*

6. Place OnBase Widget files in the Web AppBuilder instance (~00:20)

7. Run Web AppBuilder and create an application (~01:00)

8. Add the OnBase Widget to the application and the relevant Web Map (~01:35)

9. Download the application (~04:20)

10. Deploy the application on the same machine as your GIS Web API and test thoroughly (~04:44)^

 

*The corresponding video assumes these steps have already been taken. ^For OnBase 16, it is required that you install the GIS Web API on the same domain as the Web App Builder application you are integrating with. Future releases of OnBase after OnBase 16 may support running the GIS Web API on a different domain. Please contact your first line of support for more information.

Esri’s Web AppBuilder Developer Edition can be acquired from Esri’s developer resource center here and can be used with both ArcGIS Online and Portal.
