Reporting on use of the ESRI ArcGIS integration

Anyone aware of a report that shows when the ESRI ArcGIS is being utilized with the documents?   We are in OnBase 13 and the department wants to know if this product is being used.

There is currently no report that can give you that information. However, we do log document views and uploads by user in the database. This information can be leveraged to see if the Integration for Esri ArcGIS is being used to view or import documents.

To get the information you are looking for, you can check to see if uploads are being made using the Integration by checking if the Pooled User account for your Integration for Esri set up is logging transactions.

You can check to see if documents are being viewed using the Integration by checking if the DocPop or PDFPop users (depending on your solution set up) are logging transactions.

These transactions can also be narrowed down by Document Type if need be.
