I am trying to save a .DWG file to my workstation using the Send to | File function of OnBase Unity Client.
However, I am getting this error: Error code: (-39). No vector plug-in found in this version. and the file is not getting saved in my workstation.
Default file format of the document type is Spicer Document.
The options that are selected by default prior to clicking the Save button are:
File Format of Attachment: Default/TIFF Format
Settings: Send All Pages
Note Options: None
Any idea how this can be resolved and the reason why this issue is happening?
