This post has been edited as of October 13, 2016 to include updated support for Cityworks 2015 and 15.1. Changes are bolded below.

This post is to clarify some of our support limitations for Cityworks 2015 and OnBase 16. As you can see on the third party compatibility page on Community, Cityworks 2015 is marked as limited support. The Integration for Cityworks is supported in OnBase 16 in that we can use Application Enabler to view documents as they relate to Cityworks items in version 2015 and 15.1. For more information about this, visit our Cityworks Community page

However, it is marked as limited support because of the limitations that exist with the map portion of Cityworks 2015. Currently, there is support for a plugin for the Silverlight map. There is currently no support for the JavaScript map in Cityworks 2015. An enhancement SCR to support a plugin for the JavaScript map offered in Cityworks 15.1 has been created for OnBase 17. At this point, there are no plans to include this in OnBase 16. To find out more information about that SCR, please contact your first line of support. Testing is in progress with Cityworks 15.1 and OnBase 16's Silverlight map integration.

If you have any questions, please feel free to post questions in the forum so we can better share information across all OnBase and Esri users.
