We have the potential to Salesforce Integration but it seems to be mostly a document query and import interface for now. We'd want to be able to push data back and forth between the two systems. Is that possible now or in maybe in the foreseeable future?

Hi Maria,
I am the Product Owner for our OnBase Integration for Salesforce product. The current product offering does allow for populating keywords based on the record you're on in Salesforce during the import process as well as retrieving documents in OnBase based on keyword data for the current Salesforce record (regardless of how the documents were created in OnBase, as long as the keywords have the appropriately mapped data points). We will continue to build out functionality in this product as additional EP's release. Can you provide details around the use case you're trying to accomplish to help clarify the pushing of data back and forth?
The product overview can be found here: https://community.hyland.com/products/onbase/integration-for-salesforce/product-overview
If you would like a demo of the product please reach out to your Account Manager.
Thanks!
Nick
