Does anyone out there know how to Connect IAconnect and Reqconnect to a new Deltek CostPoint 7.1.1 implementation?

We are in the process of upgrading our Deltek CostPoint 7.0.1 database to CostPoint 7.1.1  However, I cant get the IAConnect and ReqConnect to connect to it.  Specifically, I cannot push anything into CP7.1.1 via CostPoint's Web Interface.  Any assistance would be greatly appriciated.
