Unity Task Scheduler - Reporting Dashboards Data Provider

I've setup a Unity Scheduled Dashboard. I keep getting an error when it runs.

The error is:

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Does anyone know what this means?

Where are you seeing that message? Do you see a stack trace on the Errors tab of the Diagnostics Console when the dashboard runs?

Yes, that is exactly the location.

We identified the problem and are currently in the process of back porting a fix into OnBase 16.  The SCR that is being back ported on is #277668.

I'm seeing this error in V16 when scheduled Reporting Dashboard task in Unity Scheduler, error description is under Audit Log.   Please advise on the fix
