Hello,
For a particular dashboard certain users - despite having the exact same client version, system spec, security profile of queues, etc -- could not access the dashboard and receive the following error:
System.Xml.XmlException: An XML error has occurred.
at DevExpress.DataAccess.Native.ListXmlSerializer`1.LoadFromXml(XElement element)
at DevExpress.DataAccess.NotifyingCollection`1.LoadFromXml(XElement element)
at DevExpress.DashboardCommon.Dashboard.LoadFromXml(Stream stream, DashboardState state)
at DevExpress.DashboardCommon.Dashboard.LoadFromXml(Stream stream)
at DevExpress.DashboardWin.DashboardViewer.LoadDashboard(Stream stream)
at Hyland.Canvas.ReportServices.OnBaseDashboardViewer.ReloadDashboardViewer(Boolean saveCustomizations)
This dashboard has been shared with 11 users, 2 users has this issue. The 9 others, and myself don't have this error..
All other system settings are the same (date time, etc.), standard across the company,
Is there other information I could provide?
