Issue to make a query to OnBase DB

Hi,

I want to populate a Dashboard with a DataProvider.

I defined this dataprovider as a SQL query.

For test purpose, i was querying the OnBase DB in SQL Server Management.

I want to get all the docs for a specific Queue in WF. I did a query and looks ok, but when i upload a new doc to a queue i could not see it in the DB

I see the document in the itemdata table, but not in the itemlc table.

Do you know whats happening?

Thanks

Hi Alberto,

Have you tried using the Workflow Inbox data provider type instead of Custom SQL?  This would eliminate the need to ensure that the SQL that you have written is correct.  When creating a data provider using this type, you have the ability to select the specific Queue in WF that you are interested in, along with adding any additional keywords that you may want to report on.

I look forward to hearing back from you!

Thank you,
