The default is 5 minutes. Has anyone increased that number? We are having timeout issues; however want to know if there are any limitations or issues with increasing the number. Thanks
My understanding is the timeout is to help keep the database from becoming unresponsive. e.g. you have a large DB and someone runs a big, long, time consuming query, and now no one can do anything else because the DB is busy running the query.
