I am already assuming this is user error, however I wanted to ask if anyone else has come across the same issue:
I created a Data provider based on WF inbox. That data provider lists all docs which reside in a queue, and it includes Content ID, and a KW for assigned validators.
I set the value as Content id (Count) and the argument as Assigned validator so I can measure the number of cases assigned versus not assigned. Anyhow, When a case enters the WF, there is not validator assigned, and hte KW is null. In the bar and pie chart is shows the count of null cases, but the label is blank. I am just trying to figure out how to update the charts to show "unassigned" and cannot figure out how to update that name, or set an expression to do that. I tried adding an expression for the Keyword that is empty and just cannot figure out how to label correctly
