workflow tasks not showing up

For some reason I can no longer access the workflow tasks from the document when I select and open a document from a dashboard.

How Can I "Live" Update all other elements(Charts, cards, Pie, gauge) on Dashboard when user applied filter on Data Grid column using funnel icon?

I want ti use DATAGRID as master element. Whatever data grid displays, every other element should reflect same data. So If I select filter on Grid Column STATUS = Active. all elements on dashboard will only show data where status is active.
