We use the HIM Dashboard packages and have sine Version 15. In 17 they went to an internal Provider; however we could not implement the productivity ones due to Real Names that we use.
Our AD identifier is a 6 digit number. Can you imagine looking at a dashboard and seeing 50 numbers not know who's productivity you are looking at.
We stayed with the 15 version one since they were SQL and we could add that one KW "Real Name" and everyone was happy.
There is an SCR for this and would like to know if others want to join on it. It is SCR 270036 Contact Support or your Account Manager to be added to the SCR.
