Keyboard Shortcuts to Link/Save

I received an interesting question and wanted to place it here for discussion. A department is currently trying to make their process more streamlined by cutting down on clicks. Are there any keyboard shortcuts in the desktop client to save or link pages while processing batches? For some background, we are currently on EP4- we are moving to a new LTR sometime this upcoming year after we finish migrating our servers.

Hi @Whitney Yenner  - You can define keyboard shortcuts for all of the different areas within the desktop client. To add keyboard shortcuts to the Batch Link process you will go to View - Toolbars - Customize from the viewer in that mode:

From there select Keyboard and select Batch Link from the category:

Each action can have a keyboard shortcut added to it by entering in the shortcut with each command selected. After entering in the shortcut be sure to hit Assign to save.
