Workflow views with Windows 7

I have a few users that have been upgraded to Windows 7. I have seen an issue when they open their workflow view, they do not have any folders listed on the left of the screen after opening workflow. They have to right click and restore the default display, or choose the Lifecycle View Toolbar. This will allow them to see the folders during this session, however if they log out, they will have to redo this upon next login. I have also noticed that the 'Change View' button is greyed out and they cannot use this to keep the workflow folder list displayed upon relaunching.

It does not seem to be an issue with user group/rights because other users with the same group that have Windows XP do not have this issue.

This does not impede them using workflow, but is annoying for them to have to reset this every time they login.
