hi ,any body help in this issue.Workflow configured to use Org Charts and Calendars, We implemented org chart in our customer (Manager – Assistant of manager) and Everything is done properly.But the customer request the following:In case the manager in vacation and assistance will do his task (Approve/Reject) we should check the amount value in the request .in system work If Amount > 10k request should move direct to RLMP Queue.If Amount 10k? True: send to RLMP as in workflowI configure this role in life cycle but it doesn't work how can allow system to check if request assign to Assistance of manager .dose there is role or script should do.
