I'm troubleshooting a user issue that has me puzzled hoping someone else has seen this issue. My user received a New Windows 7 PC recently and since that time has had issues with documents rendering. It usually takes about 15 searches and then the image fails to display. The framework for the document will open and you can see notes or Keywords that auto display but not image.
Anyone have any ideas? This is happening on the Thick Client via Citrix.
