We are new to OnBase and have a development server setup so that our users can "Play" to become familiar. We also have a production server and we have noticed that our production server and development server do not function in the same fashion. In production, we have the option when indexing to "F6" to add an addition Keyword (multiple instances of the same Keyword but with different data). This function does not work in the development server. Being new to OnBase, we have not been able to locate the area within the Configuration that would dictate that F6 function in this manner. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance !

Hi Tandra,
For standard document indexing and use of the Keyword panel, the F6 option should always be available unless the keywords are part of a Keyword Type Group, which limits those keyword types to only have one value.
From within a Scan Queue, the option to allow/disallow the F6 functionality is available in Configuration for the Scan Queue under Process Options > Indexing and 'F6/Ctrl+T - Add Keyword'.
Hope that helps.

Thank you, this was most helpful. I have located the area and made the change and it works like a charm.
