Where can I find Life Cycle Update Details?

I'm wanting to find the table(s) in the database that the "Created By" and "Last Modified By" values from Workflow Life Cycles, Queues, and Actions are stored.

Where are the above values stored?

Posting our findings in case some one else is looking.

We eventually found this data in the hsi.repitemtimestamp table.

lastmodifiedusernum links to the usernum of the person who made the change

repitemnum is the ID number of the workflow item/action/rule/etc.
