Web Client not Showing Doc Types in Drop Down

We recently upgraded from 10.0.1 to 12.0.1 and everything went smoothly.  We do have a few reports of users that are using the web client and can't  see any selections in the Document Selection dropdowns.  They are assigned to groups and worked fine under 10.0.1.  

Has anyone seen anything similar?

We encountered this isssue a couple of times and in all cases we found out the PC was not up to date with Windows and IE updates. Once updated, the users were back to normal.

We had this issue under 12.0 as well and found that it was occurring with users who had their zoom in IE set to greater than 100%.

Open IE go to settings in upper right. Third option down is Zoom if it's set to greater than 100% we found that some users were seeing only a partial list of doc types.
