Hi,

I got below requirements from one of our prospects. Basically they want to add watermark upon printing a document from within OnBase. Below are specific requirements:

1. Watermark should contain the user name who had printed, date & time of print out, Draft or Final version of the document with the version no.
2. Watermark should not be plain text. Preferably encrypted alpha numeric code.
3. Document retrieval using the watermark code has to be there.

Can we achieve this with OnBase?

This is a bit late, but I'm thinking of using WF for the printing, that would place an overlapped text at a specific location, and you can place keywords there. You could make the WF more complex by creating "dummy" keywords for the usernames and such, and putting that info in the text.
