Hi. I have a user who has "View History" access & is able to view the history of all documents except one. And i cannot figure out why. Can someone please help me out with some ideas. Thank you!

Check to see if the problem doc type has any override privileges for that user group. I've had similar issues and that turned out to be the problem.
