Is there any documentation that describes fields that are present in verbose logging.

If you look in the Database Reporting Guide on here, depending on the table you are looking it, it outlines what a lot of the columns are and how they are utilized. In Appendix A, there is a lot of information on what the action, actionnum, subactionnum numbers mean.
