Hi everyone,
I've have several scheduled scripts that create unity forms. I have an AFKS that is associated with one of the Keywords I set on creation. I want the AFKS to execute once the unity form is created and fill in that information. Is this possible via the form or do I need to build it into the script itself? Any help is appreciated. As reference we are in version 18. Thanks,

Hi,
I think that you can execute the AFKS in workflow system events:
You create a new system event, the event source as "Unity Form", then Event Category as "Unity Form Saved".
Then, you assign the document types configured for the Uforms in the system event, then in an action(created inside the event) you can choose an autofill action such as "AutoFill Keyword Set".
I hope this helps you.
Regards.
