I have a group of users using VMWare and every morning when they try to login to the Unity client via their session, they get the following error:
We sometimes get this on a PC as well with Unity, but repairing WMI on the PC usually fixes it. Recycling the app pools on the OnBase web servers seems to help. I have them set to recycle every night at 2am, but this doesn't seem to be helping by the time they get in around 8am. I have to recycle them all over again. Any ideas? If anybody needs more info, let me know. Can you use the -V switch in a VMWare session?
