How to lock a keyword, so that no user can edit or update it.

@Prasanth Rayalu Tugutla one easy way is by going to Keyword Options dialog box and setting the Keyword Type as Read Only by checking the RO box.

Here is what the SysAdmin MRG states regarding the RO option:

To access the Keyword Options dialog window, you will need to do this via the OnBase Configuration module. Select Document | Document Types to open the Document Types dialog box | Select the Document Type the Keyword Type you would like to set to Read Only is assigned to | Click Keyword Types to open the Keyword Type Assignment dialog box | Click Options to display the Keyword Options dialog box.
